SMS Raffle Coupons Software is a web based software running on PHP server side handles and MYSQL DBMS tool. The software is exactly what the name says. It is simply software which produces number of coupons and send it to consumer through SMS. The software was designed to help companies to deduct the cost of printing the coupons, organize and control the raffle or the redemptions and advertise through SMS.

How it works?
1st step
Company to enter in the software the campaign name, period and the coupon value
2nd step
After paying, The consumer will receive a receipt on which the amount and the receipt number will be mentioned and in the bottom of the receipt the following text will be mentioned
“ Please SMS your receipt amount and number to the following mobile N# 768939”
3rd step
Consumer will send by SMS to the software which is linked to the mentioned above mobile N# the following information
Receipt number
Receipt amount
Gender ( Male or Female)
Age
Nationality
Marital status (Married or Single) etc.
4th step
Software will divide the amount by the amount of the decided coupon and send by SMS a number(s) of the coupon(s) to the mobile user
5th step (Raffle)
On the raffle day, the person in charge will enter in the page of the raffle which is designed as follow and press the icons which contain the word TOSS to obtain winner coupon number
6th step
Once the coupon number appears on the screen, the coupon holder mobile number and the receipt details will appear and at the same time the software will send a message to the winner informing him about the result
SOFTWARE KEY FEATURES
MANAGE
OPERATOR
Features to control subscribers. Operators in this system are those who register subscribers under them. They can run draw programs for themselves. The subscribers under them can also run their own draw programs. Operator control is reserved for super-admin user only.
SUBSCRIBER
Features to control subscribers who run draws. Subscriber ID, Company name and SMS balance are determined from this menu. The tab labeled new under this menu helps to register new subscribers. It is also possible to apply recursive filtering to reach out atomic level record profile. Editing link is attached to each record control field. Clicking on the link will open the record profile in edit mode.
SMS GATE
System setting to select and define service SMS gateway. Feature reserved for super-admin level users only.
PROGRAMS
Feature to control promotion draw programs. Promotion name, starting date, ending date, coupons quantity, SMS balance allocated for the program, the coupon limit, redemption limit and instant limit are registered from the new program registration tab under this menu. Zero coupon limit means for any amount the system gives out no coupons for raffle draw and zero redemption means no amount can be redeemed in the program. The instant draw limit can take values zero and one to distinguish between program contains scratch and win or not.
PARTICIPANTS
Menu to see list of participants. It is possible to group by different attributes of participants.
MANAGE
COUPONS
List of coupons used with the corresponding receipt number. Like all other options, it is possible to filter by any of the coupon properties as required. It is also possible to put coupons offline and online and decide the access.
GENERATE
Features to generate random coupon numbers with attached prize for scratch and win programs. The program administrator can filter, block and all other activities from this menu.
MOBILE NUMBERS
List of mobile numbers categorized in gender, age, nationality, and marital status. The super-admin user can add/edit/delete mobile numbers. Whereas admin-level users access the list of mobile numbers in their specific draw for reading only. It should be noted that enriched category is attained based on customer behavior while participation. It should also be noted that the system does not repeat mobile numbers .
OPERATIONS
TOSS
Built in draw firing feature with automatic winner notifying option. This operation is open for admin level users only.
ANNOUNCE
Menu to send individual or Bulk SMS announcements. There are three different recipient selection options.
1) Specific mobile number: option to send SMS to specific mobile number.
2) System list: option send bulk SMS to list of mobile numbers in the system.
3) Draw participants list : option to send SMS to participants of a raffle draw program only.
It should be noted that full-fledged recursive filtering option to atomic level filtering can be applied on list of mobile numbers based on age, gender, marital status, nationality and date of registration before sending SMS. It is also possible to set SMS type, quantity to send, delivery date and time as per budget allocated.
REPORTS
PARTICIPANTS
Report showing list of participants with data aggregation and summarization options. It is possible to search/filter/analyze participant data of a draw.
COUPONS
Report showing list of coupons of particular program. Instant summary filtering and analysis options are included.
DRAW DETAILS
Report showing details of a draw program. Draw status, number of participants and number of coupons in a draw. If draw already closed, winners’ details will appear on this report.
ANNOUNCEMENT
Report showing list of announcements made via the announcement page. Extra option to explore list of previously made announcements.
USER PROFILE
Current user’s option to change log in password to the system. All higher level users of a certain user has full control over the user privileges.

Extra settings to define alert options, events and related actions.
