---> Mobile numbers: list of mobile numbers with data manipulation options and customer’s activity control for fraud detection and black listing.

---> Search: front office service window to navigate through open properties. reservation link to reserve if the match is found. It should be noted the search  keys are according to type of property, range of rent per month, number of  bedrooms and location. Service open for sales level users.

---> Bookings: list of pending bookings for the sales admin level user with link to  confirm booking. Confirmed bookings will go out of search space right away.

---> Confirmations: list of confirmed bookings for processing exit activates of   booked properties.

---> Simulator: system feature to revise, view and check system response to  customers searching from their mobile phones. A mimic of the mobile  searching.

---> Advertise: feature to send SMS advertisement/announcements/alerts to  customers list in the system, tenants list or self prepared recipients. Filtering and   selection based on existing list category is possible. Message Template design   and control feature is included.
