SMS CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENT SOFTWARE
INTRODUCTION
SMS CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENT SOFTWARE is web based software running on PHP server side handles and MYSQL DBMS tool. The software was designed to help newspapers to develop their sales, their number of advertisers and their number of readership. In other hand, the software helps advertiser to communicate in better and more effective way and have knowledge about each concerned seeker. Finally, the software makes the search for the seekers easier, more effective and be contacted instead of contacting
The sms classified software contains the same information as any classified newspaper or website. It contains the offers such as available jobs, cars to sell, houses to rent, or any other offer classified advertisement which people normally advertise on the classified newspapers and it contains the wanted jobs or items, or house or any other wanted situation or item which people advertise on classified advertisement.
Therefore we divided our software to sections similar to classified newspaper and we gave them same sections name.

HOW IT WORKS
A/ REQUEST / REPLY OF INFORMATION FROM THE SOFTWARE

SMS CLASSIFIED USERS LEVELS
a/ Vertical directions: The vertical direction was designed to accommodate 5 levels of users. Each level can access all levels under him but cannot know or see or access any level beyond him. In other term we can say that our software was designed in the same way we build a building each higher floor can see the down floors but cannot see the upper floors.
Each admin of each level can have a report about all users under him with their access names and passwords, the history of all their activities and the history of all accounts (users) under them. The said admin can block and change the user name and password of any account or user under him or the accounts which are under the accounts which are under them. This facility will help all users to control the accounts under them.
b/ Horizontal directions: The horizontal direction was designed to accommodate different users on the same level starting from the admin level to one time user level. Which means that can be different admin in one user account.
SMS CLASSIFIED SALES METHODS
The software was designed with different facilities to can accommodate different sales methods. But mainly the sales can be done through subscription charges during registration and the periodical subscription, SMS unit sales, sub account sales, SMS advertisement sales and user’s personal information sales. The following are the facilities which can give us idea about the different sales methods
a/ Account expiry date:Each account can be given automatic or manual expiry date. In other hand the account can be renewed automatically or manually
b/ Announcement expiry date: The built in expiry date of each advertisement or announcement or search or offer on this software is 7 days from the date of registration but the user can change the days as he wishes and he can set the renewal as per his requirements and desire
c/ Prepaid card serial number: The software has built in system of issuing card numbers. The numbers can be generated at any time. (Note: In order to have a secure generated numbers, we developed the facility to generate not serial numbers).
d/ Prepaid card expiry date: Each of the said generated numbers will have an expiry date which was set on one year bases. But the user can set the date as his requirements.
e/ Short code facility: The software can be linked to short code and the user can set a price per each announcement which will be uploaded by message from mobile number. (Note: the search will be through a standard mobile number in order to not charge any expenses to seeker other than the network provider charges for the cost of one message).
f/ SMS account: The software has the facility to add SMS credits to sub accounts. The sms unit can be added automatically by prepaid card or manually by access the account and adding from it.
g/ Sub accounts or sub users: As we said previously that the software has 5 level of users. And some of these high level users can have the facilities to provide the services of our software to group of companies or people.
h/ Announcement & advertisement: The software has built in facilities to send an individual or group of messages to one mobile number or selected list which can be from the service provider or any other decided list which can be filtered from the user list or uploaded list from the computer desk top. The facility of sending message to selected group of mobile users can be used by media agencies to send messages to desired categories of mobile users as per their personal or contact information registered in the software. The announcement delivery can be set before receiving the reply or after.
ACCESS THE SOFTWARE THROUGH MOBILE & INTERNET
The users can access the software by mobile and by internet. Which means the software can be accessed from anywhere in the world at any time.
ACCESS BY INTERNET:
As we said before and as it was mentioned in the paragraph of SMS CLASSIFIED USERS LEVELS, there are 5 levels of users. Therefore, each level has limited access to a certain pages and can operate only limited operations which are granted to his user level. The following are some features which can be operated and some pages which can be seen by accessing the software by internet. The following information are chosen randomly and not by user level.
a/ Operations (Features):
1a/ USER: Add and cancel users, change password and user name of existing users, set expiry date for each user account, block user, add SMS unit to the account of user, etc...
2a/ Announcement (offer): Upload announcement (offer), cancel existing announcement (offer), set expiry date to an existing announcement, etc…
3a/ Booking and confirmation: Book a property or used item, cancel existing booking for an existing property or used item, confirm booking of reserved property or used item, etc…
4a/Seeker list: Block a mobile numbers list from seeing the existing offers, block a mobiles number list from using the software, etc…
5a/ SMS Announcement or advertisement: Set the message sender name, set the language of the message, set the mobile number, set the group after selecting from user own list or service provider list or a list from user computer desk top, send message to selected mobile number(s)
6a/ Import and export data: This option will allow certain users to import information from desktop to software and export some information to desktop.
7a/ ON & OFF information or offer or user: This option is an automatic short cut to ON and OFF an information or user from all related information in the software. Example: In case the user is no longer using certain service and he wants to delete it from the system, he can press the icon OFF and the software will automatically block all linked information to that service.
8a/ Set time: This option allows the user to set the time of his country or his city as per the local time of his time zone.
b/ SEARCH: Our search engine is based on filtering features and not just search by word or by number. The filtering option allows the user to keep on filtering the searched information and not to search for each information separately. The following are some available search criteria
1b/ USER: Search existing user by name, by password, by registration date, by expiry date, etc…
2b/ Announcement (offer): Search uploaded announcement by uploading date, uploading expiry date, type if item, model, color, year of manufacturing, etc…
3b/ Booking and confirmation: Search by type, by model, by color, by date, by booking condition, by name of the one who booked, etc…
4b/ Seeker list and many other search criteria
c/ REPORTS: Our reports are based on filtering features. The filtering option allows the user to keep on filtering the requested reports and there will be no need for him to go out of received report and ask for another report in case the information is not available in the first report.
All activities and information on the software are registered and cannot be expired or changed unless the admin of the software decides to eliminate certain registered information or activities.
ACCESS BY MOBILE: The access of software features and information from the mobile is allowed according to user level as it was mentioned in the paragraph of SMS CLASSIFIED USERS LEVELS, there are 5 levels of users. Therefore, each level has limited access to a certain features and information according to his user level. In other hand, the SMS CLASSIFIED SOFTWARE is made of 5 main sections and each section has its own list of MOBILE ACCESS which will be mentioned as per the section.
SOFTWARE USAGE BENEFITS
The benefits of using SMS classified software vary from one user to another. Therefore we will focus on main users which the software was mainly developed for them.
a/ SMS PROVIDER:

New services to sell: The SMS classified can be considered as new service and it can be provided by service registration which means there will be subscription charges and periodical charges (such as monthly). In other hand the usage of SMS will be charged to service user.

- New services to sell: The service of SMS classified is completely new and it is not available anywhere in the world. Therefore, the newspaper is creating new sales channel by introducing SMS classified
- Product variety: By introducing the SMS classified, the newspaper is varying its own products range and it will start selling SMS unit at a high price which means high revenue with high profit margin
- New advertisement product: Newspaper can only advertise through its pages or website, but with SMS classified the newspaper can sell the advertisement (messages) which can be sent before and after each reply which the software send after any search. - Period of publishing the advertisement:The set expiry date of each registered advertisement is one week from the uploading date and it is up to newspaper management to decide about the expiry date of advertisement
- Search notice: Get instant notification about each search matching the announced offer. The software was set to send instant notification message to advertiser in case the search match his offer. The message will contain the mobile number of searched the offer.
c/ ADVERTISER:
- Easy way to advertise: Once the advertiser has access to his account which will be created by newspaper, he can upload his advertisement from his office.
